In September 2024 and November 2025, Member Walks around Shorne Woods were arranged. Led by Michael Shulver, Senior Ranger, members were able to learn about veteran trees and what the Society’s sponsorship is used for. Both events have enjoyed a good turnout from members, their family, friends and pets. Photographs from the walk in 2025 can be seen above and in the images at the bottom of the page. It is hoped that this will become an annual event in the Gravesham Friendly calendar.
